Our compliance efforts are designed to support a culture within CCDR that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to federal and state laws and regulations and payer requirements, as well as CCDR ethical and business policies. CCDR is committed to maintaining and measuring the effectiveness of our compliance policies and standards through monitoring and auditing systems reasonably designed to detect noncompliance by all affected individuals. We shall require the performance of regular, periodic compliance audits by internal and/or external auditors who have expertise in federal and state health care statutes, regulations and health care program requirements.
NYS Sexual Harassment Hotline
To make complaints and receive counsel and assistance regarding workplace sexual harassment, employees and individuals who visit a workplace in the course of their own work may call the toll-free hotline at 1-800-HARASS-3 (1-800-427-2773), Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The hotline is operated by the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), which, if requested, will connect affected individuals with pro bono attorneys who have experience in responding to issues relating to sexual harassment.
